Return Policy

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards.
    • Personalized or custom-made items.
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact Customer Service: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team at service@tophomer.net with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
    • Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
    • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
